Introduction
The Technology-Enhanced Language Teaching Research Institute (TELTRI) is an independent virtual research institute specialised in technology-enhanced language teaching and language teacher development. It conducts and disseminates research on the ways in which digital technologies can improve language learning and teaching and educational outcomes for language learners and teachers. It also develops resources and provides professional development for language teachers, teacher educators, and researchers.
Activities
Research: Writing and publishing journal articles and books
Training: Conducting seminars and workshops for second/foreign/additional language teachers
Consultation: Offering advice on how to develop language teachers' knowledge, skills, and competencies in computer-assisted language learning (CALL) and technology-enhanced language teaching (TELT), how to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools for language learning and teaching, and how to write for communication and publication (e.g., mentoring, coaching)
